The new Foireann system is being made available to Clubs from December 1st. This system will replace the existing Membership & Registration System and the Returntoplay Servasport Games Management System (GMS) application.

The Waterford Ladies Gaelic Football Association Adult and Minor Championship fixtures for 2020 have been announced. U16, U14 and U12 fixtures will follow shortly.

The free club officer training workshop organised by the LGFA will take place in County Waterford on the 19th February at 7.30pm, Venue TBC (in the Dungarvan area).
The LGFA is now inviting applications 2020 Gaelic4Teens programme. The 2019 programme drew to a spectacular close with an activity day at the GAA’s National Games Development Centre on May 6 last – and now your club has the opportunity to sample the magic of Gaelic4Teens.
G4G is a 12 week programme incorporating coaching sessions with fun non-competitive blitzes aimed at increasing participation in Ladies Gaelic Football. The programme targets girls aged between 8-12 years who are not currently registered with a Ladies Gaelic Football club.
The first match in the inaugural first-year school’s championship between St. Augustines College and Ard Scoil na nDéise is on this Friday the 27th of September 2019 at 10am in St. Augustines College Abbeyside.
Four second-half goals helped Longford clinch the All-Ireland U16 B title with victory over a spirited Waterford in Birr on Wednesday 24th July 2019. It was a game that ebbed and flowed but Longford took hold of proceedings midway through the second half and never looked back.

The U10 County Blitz had to be postponed from Saturday the 16th to Monday the 18th of March due to the poor weather forecast. 180 girls across 15 clubs competed. Clubs participating included Ballyduff Lower, Ballyduff Upper, Ballymacarby, Clashmore, Comeragh Ranagers, Dungarvan, Gaultier, Kilrossanty Brickeys, Na Deise, Old Parish, Shamrocks, St Oliver’s, St Pat’s, Stradbally and Erin’s Own.
