The first match in the inaugural first-year school’s championship between St. Augustines College and Ard Scoil na nDéise is on this Friday the 27th of September 2019 at 10am in St. Augustines College Abbeyside.

Six schools have entered the 1st year championship and they are as follows:
St. Declans CC, Kilmacthomas
Ardscoil na nDéise, Dungarvan
St Augustine’s College, Dungarvan
Blackwater CS Lismore
St Angela’s, Waterford City
Ardscoil Na Mara, Tramore
The teams will be split into two groups West and East.
West Group
1. Ardscoil na nDeise
2. St. Augustines College
3. Blackwater CS Lismore
East Group
1.St. Declan Kilmacthomas
2. St. Angelas Waterford City
3. Ardscoil na Mara Tramore
Fixtures are as follows for both groups:
Team 1 V Team 2 to be played on or before 4th of October.
Team 3 V Team 1 to be played on or before 18th of October.
Team 2 V Team 3 to be played on or before 15th of November.
The teams that finish top of their respective groups will qualify for the Division 1 Final, teams that finish 2nd in each group will qualify for the Division 2 Final and teams that finish 3rd in each group will qualify for the Division 3 Final. The fixtures for the finals will be announced at a later date.
